Sort Out
Sort out – успешно разобраться в чем-либо. Используется в случаях, когда проблема запутана и необходимо сперва разобраться, с какой стороны к ней приступить.

Figure Out
Figure out - решить проблему. Здесь для задачи проблемы нужно провести умственную или логическую работу.
